当前云南省道路交通事故多发的原因分析及对策

近几年来,云南省道路交通安全形势逐渐好转,预防道路交通事故工作实现了万车死亡率连续五年下降。但2006年以来,特大道路交通事故接连不断地发生,道路交通安全形势十分严峻,特别是群死群伤特大道路交通事故频发,给人民群众的生命财产造成了严重损失,在社会上造成了很大的影响。对策:1.构建道路交通安全社会化防控体系;2.落实交通安全工作责任制;3.从解决农村群众出行难问题入手;4.构建农村地区交通安全防控网络;等。

An Reason Analysis of A High Incidence Of Road Traffic Accidents Currently In Yunnan Province And Its Strategies

For more than past a few years,the road traffic security situations in Yunnan Province have observed positive trends and the road traffic accidents preventative efforts have kept the decreasing prevalence of death toll per ten thousands of vehicles for constantly five years.However,big road traffic accidents have sequentially broken out,which have made the road traffic security situations very challenging since the year of 2006.Those big road traffic accidents in which massive death and casualties were claimed consumed a great loss of the lives and properties of the common people and the accidents also brought about very negative impacts on the society.Strategies: 1) to establish socialized preventative and control systems against the road traffic accidents;2)to identify the system of job responsibility for the road traffic security;3) to start to solve the traffic problems for people living in rural area,who find it very hard and difficult to travel;4) to establish the road traffic security preventative and control networks in the rural areas.
