论公安院校大学生计算机网络能力的培养与提高

公安工作信息化是“科技强警”战略的重要举措,是公安机关的警务工作由传统模式向计算机网络化工作模式的重大转变,培养与提高公安院校大学生计算机网络能力是公安工作信息化的必然要求。同时也是公安实战中遏制网络犯罪的迫切要求。为此,公安教育要突出公安院校计算机基础教育特点,夯实学生基础知识和基本技能;密切联系公安工作实际,增强计算机网络使用能力;贴近公安实战,拓宽视野,提高学生计算机网络及计算机犯罪的知识三个方面是培养与提高公安院校大学生计算机网络能力的方式和途径。

On Development and Upgrade of Computer Network Mastering Abilities of the College Students Studying in the Public Security Academies

Informationization of the public security works is a very important measure of the strategy of "Strengthening the Police Power through Science and Technology",which is also an important turning point of the policing efforts development of the public security organs from the traditional mode into the computer networking operational one.It becomes a necessary requirement of informationization of the public security works to develop and upgrade the computer network abilities mastered by the college students of the public security academies.In the meanwhile,it also the pressing needs to check the internet-related crimes in the actual police operations.Therefore,the public security education should highlight characteristics of basic computer education at the public security academies and the students can own solid the basic knowledge as well as basic skills;while closely relating to the working reality of the public security works,the students can increase their computer networking application abilities;the following three key points are effective ways and measures to develop and upgrade the computer network mastering abilities of the college students in the public security academies as closing to the police real operations,broadening the views and increasing the students' knowledge of the computer networks and the internet-related crimes.
