| 摘 要： | 媒体报道犯罪案件是现代民主的需要 ,也是我国政治文明建设进步的体现 ,公安机关的侦查部门应与时俱进 ,以积极的姿态与媒体合作 ,建立新闻发言人制度 ,搞好犯罪案件报道工作。在犯罪案件报道中 ,媒体和侦查部门都要明确指导思想 ,注意导向 ,防止案件报道涉及泄密与教唆。

| Abstract: | Cases reports from the media are a need of modern democracy and an advanced symbol of politics civilization. The investigative department should cooperate with the media for a good report of cases by establishing the system of news spokemen. In the process of the report,guidelines and direction have to be made clear to prevent the reports from involving some confidential affairs or illicit advocacy. |
