| 摘 要： | 建立服务型公安行政体制,是新形势新任务的要求。本文通过对服务型公安行政体制的内涵释义,提出了健全服务型公安行政体制的主要途径:1.树立正确的服务观念是健全服务型公安行政体制的前提;2.坚持三个理念是健全服务型公安行政体制的基础;3.落实制度保障是健全服务型公安行政体制的根本。
