Building harmonious zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait and new legal framework of administrative behavior

The function and behavior of government has become an outstanding issue in course of building the economic zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait in our province.The government of our province should make administrative behavior and administrative procedure standardization by building a new legal framework of administrative behavior,because it is not only the only way to improve their ruling ability but also the legal basis of building harmonious zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait.According to the criteria of legality,rationality and the measure of human rights,our province should improve the legal framework of administrative behavior by taking advantage of opening and trading with Taiwan.In that way,it can not only meet the demand of building service-oriented government,but also make our province suitable for investing and building harmonious zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait.
