新形势下提升干部教育科学化水平的几点思考

干部教育培训工作是干部队伍建设的先导性、基础性、战略性工程。“十二五”是三明市改革发展的关键时期，加强我市干部教育培训的改革创新，不断提升干部教育科学化水平，培养更多更好的高素质人才，对三明发挥绿色生态优势和后发优势，在海西建设中加快崛起步伐，具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文提出了从突出思想性、实效性、先进性、统筹性等四个路径来提升干部教育的科学化水平。

Some Considerations on Raising Scientific Level of Cadre Education under New Situation

Cadre education training work is a pilot, foundational, strategic project of cadre team construction, the government＇s latest five-year plan is a key period of reform and development for Sanming, and to strengthen the innovation of cadre education and training, constantly in order to enhance the scientific level of cadre education and train more and better high-quality talents, which has very important theoretical and practical significance for playing green and ecological advantage and backwardness advantage, for speeding up the pace of rise in the construction of the West Coast. In this paper, four paths are proposed to improve the scientific cadre education level from the ideological content, effectiveness and advancement and overall planning, etc.
