以十八大精神为指导，从福建发展的战略高度分析了加快“幸福福建”建设的重要性和必要性，指出科学构建“幸福福建”指标体系必须坚持的5条原则，并从大力发展经济、努力改善民生、注重教育引导、坚持共同富裕和繁荣发展文化5个方面提出了加快“幸福福建”建设的途径与措施。

To Accelerate Construction of Happy Fujian in Order to Improve People's Well-being Happiness

Guided by the spirit of the communist party＇s 18th national congress, this paper analyzes the importance and necessity to speed up the construction of Happy Fujian from the strategic height of Fujian＇s development, and points out that constructing the index system of Happy Fujian scientifically must adhere to five principles, and puts forward the ways and measures to speed up the construction of Happy Fujian from five aspects including making energetic efforts to develop the economy, taking great efforts to improve the livelihood of the people, paying more attention to education guide, adhering to the common prosperity and promoting cultural development and prosperity.
