| 摘 要： | 美国警察教育有如下特点:一是具有独立的警察教育体系;二是建立完善的职后教育培训制度;三是实施面向实战的教育训练模式;四是具有合理的教师队伍结构。认真研究美国警察教育的经验对我国公安教育的发展无疑具有一定的启示。
