| 摘 要： | 英国在21世纪初推出新警培训的新模式。该模式的研制和推广过程,以及新模式下的培训目标、课程设置、培训评估方式和组织管理等情况符合当前世界职业技术教育发展趋势,顺应当代西方警务改革潮流,继承和发扬了英国警察培训的传统与特色,但也存在一些问题。
