| 摘 要： | 恢复性司法是促进犯罪人改过自新、减少犯罪的新的尝试，国际上多适用于青少年犯罪，并取得了修复伤害、辅助犯罪未成年人回归社会的良好效果，我国现已有部分地区进行试点。但恢复性司法和社区纠正的推广需要一定的条件，在应用中也面临本土化的问题。

| Abstract: | The recoverable judicature is a new attempt to urge criminals penitence and to reduce crimes.Now it is mainly applied in underage criminal,and has acquired favourable effects in the restora- tion of harm and the assistance of underage criminals' re-entry of society.The popularization of recover- able judicature and community rectify in China need determinate conditions,and need be localized in appli-cation. |
