| 摘 要： | 社区正在成为青少年活动的主要空间之一,也是青少年实现社会化的重要场所。社区青年工作的好坏直接影响社区两个文明的建设。而社区青年工作取决于社区青年工作者的素质。处于转型时期的社区青年工作者应具备时代所需要的主要素质。
