| 摘 要： | 团属院校是培养造就青年马克思主义者的基地，是党的干部教育事业和共青团事业的重要构成部分。新时期团属院校青年干部培训面临教学内容、教学形式、培训组织形式、培训有效性等方面的挑战，需要进一步明确培养标准，在内容体系、教学方式、管理方式、工作机制等方面进行模式创新。

| Abstract: | Youth League college is the base to cultivate young Marxists and an important component of cadres education of Party and Communist Youth League. Currently the training of young cadres in Youth college face challenges in teaching content, teaching methods, training organization, training effectiveness and others, a mode innovation based on specific training standards is needed, which Occurred in content system, teaching and management methods, working mechanism and other aspects. |
