马克思主义人权视阈下的当代中国政治认同浅析

人权是人类的共同价值,发展民主、保障人权的理念世界相通。在马克思主义视野中,人权具有权利性与义务性的统一、局限性与发展性的统一、科学性和实践性的统一、现实性和价值性的统一四个基本特点。加强当代中国的政治认同,需要强化以人为本的核心要求,坚持群众路线的基础路径,发展和改进协商民主与人民民主,并坚持党的领导作为根本保障。

The Analysis on Contemporary Chinese Political Identity in Marxism Human Rights Perspective

Democracy and human rights is the common values of human being. Developing democracy and protecting human rights has become the common ideas which connected the world. But after the end of the Cold War, with its powerful strength and mastery of the world discourse, Western countries made ＂output democracy and human rights＂ as a new strategy to control the world. Therefore, as the response to the theory, we need the concept of human rights systematically combing connotation, while scientific understanding of Marxism connotation of human rights. And exploring the organic connection between its concrete practice in China and contemporary Chinese political identity. Of course this is also the important theoretical and practical foundation of harmonious society.
