家庭系统情境对职业决策自我效能感的影响研究——以萨提亚家庭理论为视角

本文基于萨提亚的家庭理论对2929名在校大学生的职业决策自我效能感开展调查。多元回归分析结果表明:(1)大学生的职业决策自我效能感较高。(2)家庭系统情境因素中的动态因素,包括父母职业支持、父母职业冷淡、亲子关系质量、家庭压力感和家庭正面感,均对职业决策自我效能感有显著影响。(3)家庭系统情境因素中的静态因素中,没有因素对职业决策自我效能感产生显著影响。(4)控制变量中,大学生的性别、专业、年级均对个体职业决策自我效能感有显著影响。结论:父母对子女择业给予支持与正确的关注、良好的亲子关系以及良好的家庭环境对提高大学生的职业决策自我效能感有积极影响。

A Study on the Impact of Family System Context on Career Decision-making Self-efTicacy--In the Perspective of Satya's Family Theory

Based on Satya's family theory,this paper investigated the career decision-making self-efficacy of 2929 college students.The results of multiple regression analysis show the following results,firstly,college students have a higher sense of self-efficacy in career decisioaking.Secondly,dynamic factors in the context of family system,including occupational support of parents,occupational apathy of parents,quality of parent-child relationship,sense of family pressure and positive sense of family,all have significant influence on self-efficacy of career decision-making.Thirdly,among the static factors in the situation factors of the family system,no factor has a significant impact on the self-efficacy of career decision-making.Fourthly,among the control variables,the gender,major and grade of college students all have a significant impact on the self-efficacy of individual career decision-making.Conclusion:Parents'support and correct attention to their children's career choice,good parent-child relationship and good family environment have a positive impact on improving college students'career decision-making self-efficacy.
