| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校的思政课教学面临困境,其教学理念和模式尚未形成明显的高职特色。基于人才培养目标、办学理念和学生的特殊性,在进行教学改革时,高职院校思政课需要实现教师的两个转变;摆脱教材系统性特征束缚,突出教学重点,实现教材体系向教学体系的合理转换;组建有机教学团队,探索富有成效的教学方式。
