| 摘 要： | 本文认为我国法律职业教育不仅仅是培养法官和律师 ,而旨在培养包括律师、法官及公务员等在内的法律职业共同体。法律职业教育也不仅仅是法律职业技能的培训 ,法律职业教育包括三个阶段即通识教育、法律专业知识教育和职业技能培训 ,诊所式法律教学只是作为一种律师职业技能的培训方式 ,是在完成通识教育及法律专业知识教育的基础上进行的 ,因此并不适用法律教育的整个过程 ,也不适用所有的法科学生。

| Abstract: | The thesis thinks the professional education of law cultivates not only judges and lawyers but also public servants. The author believes there are three stages in the professional education of law: general knowledge, professional knowledge of law and the training of professional skills. The clinic type teaching can be a training means only in the first two stages but not all the three stages and is not fit for all the legal students. |
