| 摘 要： | 刑事模拟法庭实训教学具有表演性、案件中不同角色之间具有互动性、案例取材具有阶段性、涉及实训内容的多样性和学生能力训练的综合性,由这些特点决定,模拟法庭实训教学具有局限性,要使其在实践性教学中能够发挥更好的作用,还需要进一步进行规范和完善。
