| 摘 要： | 我国现行的社会保险劳动争议处理机制存在诸多缺陷.为了充分实现社会保险制度的作用,推进和谐社会的建设,必须强化社会保险劳动争议的调解机制,完善社会保险劳动争议的仲裁机制、重塑社会保险劳动争议的诉讼机制.
