| Abstract: | In order to normalize the activities of criminal cross examination,it's necessary to set up a series of fundamental rule of it.Therefore the article here is to summarize and discuss such five basic rule of criminal cross examination as:Equal Cross xamination Rule,Direct Verbal Rule,Due question Rule,Rule of Respect for Personality and Rule of Judge's assisting. |
