| 摘 要： | 在共同危险行为责任的四个构成要件中，行为要件尤为重要。构成共同危险行为责任，每个行为人都得实施侵权行为；侵权行为本身就具有危险或危害；并且数个侵权行为具有同质性；同时，每个侵权行为都有可能造成损害。

| Abstract: | In the four constitutive requirements of joint dangerous tort liability, act condition is the most important. To constitute joint dangerous tort liability, every to~feasor must act the tort. The tort should be dangerous, and they are homogeneous. Every tort has the possibility of causing the real damage. |
