| Abstract: | There are much dilemma and contradiction in the framework of current laws because the conclusion of expert and record of on-site investigation are looked as independent evidents.So this paper thinks we should cancel their competency of evdence,the expert witness and on-site examiner should be incorporated into domain of witness and The identity and on-site investigation should be acted as the means of investigation. |
