| Abstract: | Theories dealing with the corpse of basic qualities in laws are simply stated and analysed and on this basis,theory of legal interest in put forward and given a preliminary analysis. In the end it points out infringements on the legal interest in corpse and liabilities for the infringement with an aim to provide an thorough protection for the legal interest in corpse. |
