| 摘 要： | 电子证据随着现代高科技的发展、计算机犯罪的出现而逐渐成为一种新型的诉讼证据,并且成为法学界研究的热门课题。结合基层部门司法实践的需要,对电子证据的提取、审查和运用等,应该确立一些指导性原则。
