刑警心理控制能力的现状与分析

刑事警察职业要求刑警有适合的心理控制类型和心理控制能力。目前刑警心理控制类型属中度外控,心理控制能力较强偏低,两者都不理想。究其原因有:刑警职业的高风险、高压力容易导致刑警心理疲惫;刑事案件的频频发生与刑侦力量的相对不足,使刑警不停地奔波、劳顿,身体健康状况下降;社会现实中的不正之风使少数刑警产生特权思想等。

Present Situation and Analysis of Criminal Police's Ability to Control Psychology

Criminal police tend to have right varieties of psychological control and abilities to control psychology.A research group has carried out a survey among some policemen with the help of computers.It shows that at present criminal police's controlling of psychology is medium and has good abilities to control it.Both of these two things are not very satisfied.Those at the post are worse than students majoring in criminal investigation and those working for longer time are the worst.The causes may be like that: the high risk and pressure of the profession will make criminal police tired and exhausted;more and more criminal cases and the shortage of criminal police keep them always busy and the health is not in good condition;unhealthy tendencies in the society make few police believe that they have privileges.
