对159起文书司法鉴定的研究

笔迹鉴定、印章印文鉴定、时间鉴定、变造文件鉴定等常见案件中存在着案后样本质量不高、朱墨为同性色料的时序问题、相对时间鉴定缺乏比对样本、具有“先潜意识”的变造文件难以鉴定等问题.应当从提高样本质量、开展模拟实验、互动交流鉴定检验等方面提升司法鉴定工作水平和社会公信力.

Research on Judicial Identification for 159 Documents

In the daily cases,such as handwriting verification,Seal identification,Time identification,forged document identification and so on,there are some problems.For example,the quality is not standard after the sample,Time sequence issues of Zhu Mo Isotropic material,Relative time identification lack of comparison sample,the forged document which has"the first subconscious"is difficult to identified.We should try our best to improve the level of judicial appraisal work and social credibility from improving the quality of the sample,carrying out simulation experiments and interaction identification tests.
