| Abstract: | It is theoretically valuable to make a scientific definition of crime scene so as to perfect the theory of site investigation and deepen the theory of investigation.A scientific definition of crime scene is also practically important to help and guide the investigation work.This article redefines the crime scene as the place where the criminal commits his crime by reflecting and reconstructing the present various definitions of crime scene. |
