全球视野中的著作权刑法保护

著作权作为知识产权体系中的一项重要权利,已越来越为国际社会所重视,尤其是步入信息化时代后,保护著作权的重要意义更是得到了显现。我国近年来在著作权立法方面取得了一系列的突破,一方面加入了一些重要的国际公约,并承诺履行公约要求的义务;另一方面逐步完善了著作权的国内立法体系。但在如何打击侵犯著作权刑事犯罪方面,尚有诸多地方有待改善。

Criminal Protection of Copyright in the Global View

As an important fight in the system of intellectual property, copyright has gained more and more international social attentions especially in the information age. Recently China has achieved a series of breakthroughs on the copyright legislation, On the one hand China has become members of some important international conventions and promised fulfilling the obligations required by conventions; on the other hand China has perfected the domestic legislative system of copyright gradually. However, there＇ re some places remained to be improved in the aspect of attacking copyright criminal crimes.
