| 摘 要： | 在法庭审判过程中,负责侦破案件和实施鉴定的公安人员极少有出庭作证的,负责支持起诉的检察人员应该获得他们的继续支持和配合。为此,应建构现阶段我国警察出庭作证模式,使控辩双方拥有平等质证权利,遏制非法取证行为,从而提高诉讼的效率和质量。

| Abstract: | During the court trial,policeme n in charge of investigation and appraisal rarely appear in court as witnesses,b ut prosecutorial personnel need their support and cooperation for the action,hen ce it's necessary to establish the mode of a policeman' s appearing in court as a witness in China,ensure equal cross-examination rights of both prosecutor and defender,contain acts of illegally taking evi-dence,therefore to improve the e fficiency and quality of lawsuit. |
