当前我国社会治安形势较为严峻，基层公安机关青年民警普遍面临较大的工作压力。为了维护基层公安队伍的稳定，提高基层公安队伍的战斗力，公安机关应当通过创新思想政治互作方法与内容、完善激励机制、营造健康和谐的环境氛围等途径，增强青年民警的工作热情与职业使命感，缓解青年民警的压力等。
