| 摘 要： | WTO是建立在成员国市场经济体制基础之上的国际组织,它要求各成员国政府减少对市场的行政干预,以充分发挥市场机制的作用。与此相适应,我国证券的监管模式应当是市场监管模式。市场监管模式的主体部分是自律监管,包括证券业行业协会和证券交易所的自律监管。

| Abstract: | The WTO is an international organization founded on the basis of market-oriented economy system of its member states and it demands that the governments in all member states should lessen the administrative interference with the markets in order to bring market mechanism into full play.Therefore,our supervision of the securities market should be market supervision,whose main part should be self-regulation supervision,including that of the association of securities business and securities exchanges. |
