| 摘 要： | 公安机关参与处置群体性事件要相当重视宣传教育群众工作,警察应深谙信息传播、群体心理、公众认同等方面的理论并灵活运用相关知识,在解决好自身角色定位、临战心理调适、人员选派问题的基础上,从导向角度、群众心理、宣教方法、沟通策略、表现形式等方面构建起公安宣传教育群众工作的框架。

| Abstract: | Great importance should be attached in communication and education work,when the police dealing with mass disturbance.The police should work with sound knowledge of information dissemination,group mind,public identity to build the frame work of mass work in aspects of correct orientation,group mind,method of communication and education,strategy of communication and action styles,which based on coping with problems of role of police,psychology adjusting,and personnel section. |
