现行警察教育训练体制改革的六点理论困惑

第二十次全国公安会议胜利闭幕以后,公安队伍正规化建设再次成为理论研究热点,公安队伍教育训练工作也随之提上改革日程。各地民警训练蓬勃开展,地方公安专科学校开始探索转型之路。但是,毋庸质疑,公安教育训练理论依据仍显不足。根据对警察教育训练问题的理解,在目前警察教育训练体制改革中出现了许多在理论上无法明确解决的问题和困惑。

After the20th national conference of public security came to the successful close,the regularized construction of police troops has became a topic of general interest in the theoretical field and the reform of police education and training has gradually become important.Presently,the police training is now in full swing in the whole countries and many local public security colleges are trying to find transforming ways.Undoubtedly,the present education and training are lack of theoretical foundation and the reform at present has many problems and puzzles.
