| 摘 要： | 农产品质量安全直接关系到人民群众的健康和社会的和谐稳定。应形成以政府为主导,以社会中间层为核心,以媒体公众为基础的监管主体体系。充分发挥政府、社会中间层和个人的作用,形成功能互补、机制协调和力量互动的多元监管体系。同时完善各种与农产品质量安全监管相关的制度,以保障农产品质量的安全以及人民群众的健康。

| Abstract: | The quality safety of agricultural produce directly relates to the people＇s health and harmony and stability of society,We should establish supervision system whose leading is government,whose core is social middle level,and basis is media and public.The function of government,social middle level and individual should be completely developed and coordinated.At the same time,we should perfect the systems related to quality safety and supervision of agricultural produce to protect the quality safety of agricultural produce and the health of people. |
