| 摘 要： | 监狱执行刑罚是一种典型的社会性行为。监狱执行刑罚内在构成要件包括行刑主体、行刑主观方面、行刑客体、行刑客观方面。科学解构其构成,努力揭示并运用行刑规律,对于我们规范执行刑罚,提高行刑质量,完善监狱立法无疑具有重大帮助。

| Abstract: | Punishment execution in a prison is a typical social behavior, whose constituent elements include the subject of execution, subjective aspect, the object of execution, objective aspect, etc. Undoubtedly, a scientific analysis of the constitucnt elements of prison execution and revealing the laws of execution will help us to regulate the execution of punishments, and improve execution quality as well as prison legislation. |
