电子商务是一种新颖的经济营运模式,与传统的商务活动相比,具有快捷的特点。计算机信息技术这把＂双刃剑＂为电子商务犯罪创造了条件,在不长的时间内,电子商务犯罪迅速发展,严重威胁着电子商务的安全。电子商务犯罪形式多种多样,且犯罪行为具有隐蔽性极强、传播快、范围广、受害群体较多等特点。面对这种特殊形式的犯罪,应该充分发挥不同职能部门的作用,共同构筑防范体系。
