Features of Electronic Warfare in the High tech Local Wars

Combining with some famous local wars that broken out under high tech condition since 1980's, the main features of electronic warfare can be pointed out as follows: 1. It has permeated in various military fields. Its target is C 3I system and its means includes both hard attacking and soft attacking. 2.It has been taken throughout the whole war as an important fighting means during the local war under the high tech condition. 3.In the modern wars, the electronic warfare between the warring sides becomes very fierce. Without electronic advantages, the advantages of armoured equipment cannot maintain superiority; without the command of the electromagnetism, there is not the control of the air and the command of the sea.
