| Abstract: | The development of high-tech industry needs the support of government.Government should be on the basis of following basic principles while making the development policy for high technology,expanding its service managerial function,and setting up and improving policy-sup- port system including fiscal measures,taxation,finance,intellectual property rights,talents'de- velopment and incentive mechanism,international trade policy,etc.,so as to promote sustainable development of high-tech industry in our country. |
