| Abstract: | The 16th Congress of Communist Party of China(CPC) has pointed out that we should build socialist political civilization. This is an important direction of developing an efficient government. Efficient government is efficient not only in terms of technical efficiency,allocative efficiency, but also in terms of institutional efficiency and adaptive efficiency. This paper will explore these four basic values and their relationships for efficient government,as it is of very importance for sustainable development of economy and society. |
