| Abstract: | The government reform in China will bring many pressures and challenges to civil servant after China' s entry into WTO. In order to inspire the working enthusiasm of civil servant, we must maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones, reselect, incentive form of civil servant on the basis of analyzing disabled incentive mechanism in existence. The goal is to set up a civil servant team of high quality, and to improve government capability constantly. |
