| 摘 要： | ＂智力扶贫＂是贵州新世纪扶贫独创的＂六大模式＂之一。实地调研表明,贵州智力扶贫存在地方政府的重视程度和支持力度不够、贫困人口的参与度不够、内容狭窄等问题,论文据此提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Intellectual poverty alleviation is one of ＂the six most unique models＂created in Guizhou in the new century.Empirical investigations indicate that the existing problems in such field include the insufficiency in the recognition and support of local government,the low participation of the impoverished the narrow contents,etc.This paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions. |
