| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工对经济社会的发展做出了重要的贡献，由于受教育程度较高、年龄较小、成长经历相对简单，且婚姻家庭因素较少、在农民工所占比重增多，面临的思想问题也逐渐凸显，心理上面临着恋土与离土、“利”与“义”的取舍、融城心态与过客心态、自信与自卑的冲突与矛盾。加强对新生代农民工的思想政治教育，全面提高新生代农民工的综合素质和自我发展能力，是推动农村城市化进程，维护社会稳定的内在要求。
