Economic globlization characterizes the development of the world today.It is like a two-edged sword which, on one hand,brings about favourable circumstances to our country's economic development, but on the other hand,it exerts fundamental influence on politics, economy and culture.It also challenges our national security which is reflected by the threat of the economic security,the more fierce competition in the realm of ideology, the severe brain drain and the challenge of the safety of the talents.
