| 摘 要： | 恐怖活动罪是基于政治、社会或者其他动机，为制造社会恐慌，以恐怖性手段所实施的侵犯人身、财产等严重危害社会而依法应受刑罚处罚的犯罪。恐怖活动在世界范围内日渐猖獗，但各国认定恐怖活动组织的标准却不统一。我国认定恐怖主义组织和恐怖分子依据本国法律及我国参加的相关国际反恐决议。

| Abstract: | Terrorism-crime is the crime based on political and social or other intention that aimed to make social panic which published by criminal law for its activities that harmed society.Terrorism activities have become more and more rampant,but the standard to cognize terrorist organization hasn't be unified.In China,only according to Chinese laws and international ant-terrorism resolution which China participated in,terrorism organization and terrorism-crime could be cognized. |
