The traditional strategic culture of China has for a long time been divided into the kingly way of government and the tyranny despotism represented by Mencius.As a matter of fact,it is more reasonable to be divided into three parts:the realistic kingly way of government,the pure kingly way of government and the tyranny despotism represented by Xunzi,among which it is the realistic kingly way of government that is considered as cream and main trend of the traditional strategic culture of China,which is critically inherited and creatively developed by the diplomatic thought of the collective leadership of three generations in China.Prospects for international relations and diplomacy of China in 21st century,kingly way of government in the traditional culture of China,given the reform with advancing with the time,will surely serves for the rise and rejuvenation of China.
