| Abstract: | The economical globalization not only has the positive influence on the trade union and workers on one aspect as well as the negative influence on the trade union and workers on another aspect, namely, has the influence on the aspects such as the employment level , employment structure, employment form, trade union organization and labor relationship etc., the Trade Union organization should actively answer readily and deal with the condition starting to work from the following aspects, the Trade Union organization needs to strengthen the organizational construction, pushing the Trade Union mechanism transformation forward, establishing the corresponding mechanism and developing the human resources etc. |
