| 摘 要： | 现阶段回乡农民工创办的企业与前期学者所调查的农民工创办企业在资金来源、产业结构和销售渠道三个方面存在着明显差异;促使农民工回乡的“推拉”两方面因素,加剧了农民工回乡创业行为对流出地和流入地两处的影响。

| Abstract: | The article is of the opinion that the enterprises founded by the returned peasants at the present stage have the obvious differences on three aspects such as the source of funds,industrial structure and sales channel existing in the enterprises established by the peasant workers on which the scholars made the investigation at the earlier stage. |
