| 摘 要： | 浙江省温岭市在非公企业领域开展的职工医疗互助保障活动，有效地缓解了农民工“看病难、看病贵”的问题，得到政府、企业和农民工的认可，为建立农民工医疗保障制度提供了可借鉴的思路。

| Abstract: | The city Wenling of Zhejiang province solved the problems on ＂difficult to visit a doctor and expensive fees＂ effectively in the workers＇ activities of cooperative medical treatment which were held among the non - public - owned enterprises. The action was recognized by the government, the enterprise, and the migrant workers. It provided some new ideas on creating a new medicare for the migrant workers. |
