摘    要:劳动关系和谐的本质,在于劳动与资本双方权利义务的公平分配。我国劳动关系矛盾在一定程度上的上升与激化,是因资本权益不受约束而导致劳资双方权利失衡而引发的。想大力发展和谐劳动关系,推动社会主义和谐社会建设,就对失衡的劳资关系予以有力的制衡。

Abstract:The essence of harmonious working relationship is to appoint rights and responsibilities fairly between employers and employees. Our national working conflict ascends in somehow because of unbalance of unbounded interests and rights between employers and employees. If we want to improve the working relation- ship and promote the construction of a harmonious socialistic society, we must rebalance the relationship be- tween employers and employees.
