| Abstract: | It is deemed in the Western Countries that, under a certain condition in the market economy, the relations between the labor and the society can be medicated by means of the consultation and negotiation and it can reach the purpose for maintaining the lawful rights and interests in all respects, therefore, the tripartite negotiation mechanism is made up by the three parties including the Governments , employer organization and the Trade Union as the main body. |
