| 摘 要： | 《劳动合同法》作为调整劳动关系的专门法律，突出和强化了工会在协调劳动关系中的地位和作用，为工会在劳动关系领域中维护劳动者合法权益提供了较为具体的法律依据。《劳动合同法》赋予工会的权利主要是维护权、参与权、集体协商权和监督权等。
